Hello! I'm Jack and I'm about to enroll in grad school at one of the CUNYs.

I plan to move out of my current place in the Bronx and will need to move to Queens or Brooklyn. I work remotely at home, and will likely spend most weeknights in classes.

I am the stereotypical NYC straight white guy with a mustache and a bandcamp. I go to DIY shows every week and I love all kinds of music.

I am very clean and I have no problem having weekly chores to keep the apartment tidy. My current roommate has OCD related to cleaning, so nothing fazes me at this point.
