I have been living in Denver for almost a year, my best friends have been living here for 30 years and I have family here, in fact my mother’s ashes are downtown at St. Thomas Episcopal Church but I am a transplant so am looking for someone who is transplant friendly :) I was a single mom for 15 years after my divorce and had a career but now I’m just a happy server at Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen in Greenwood Village and am currently renting in Greenwood Village but it is too expensive so I am looking for someone with a room to rent. I am super clean and respectful, I know I am kind of old, but young at heart so my age wouldn’t make it weird lol. I work a lot and am busy on my two days off but am big on chores and all that good stuff so I think I am the perfect roommate. One of my sons or my boyfriend may move here eventually so I do not want a long lease but am willing to go beyond month-to-month. I make really decent money where I work but it is just getting too expensive to live on my own. I do not drink or party much at all, just when I go to concerts on occasion but I am not one to drink or smoke or any of that at home, but it doesn’t bother me what others do, as long as it doesn’t affect me!
