Looking for a female roommate for a 3bd/2.5ba townhouse on the west side of Denver!

- Space available is a furnished basement (bedroom, full bath, living room) with shared kitchen on main floor.
- Washer/dryer in basement. Off-street parking.
- Move in: April or May
- Lease length: 3-6 months
- West edge of Denver/south of Sloan's Lake. Right off 6, so easy access to highways for travel. In Villa Park, not Barnum, but this site doesn't have that as an option.
- $1080/month + electric (usually under $50).
- Single occupancy only. No smoking, drugs, or 420 in the home.
- Sorry, no additional pets.

Me & my 4 year old lab live upstairs. He's super friendly and would love a roommate who will give him some attention. He will likely jump on you to say hi occasionally, so MUST be okay with large dogs. I work mostly from home with one day/week in the office. Enjoy hiking, running, baking, game nights, country music, college football, and travel.

Would love a roommate with some similar interests who would want to hang out sometimes, and also respects quiet time & space. Looking to be friendly, not just coexisting.
