Roommate wanted for 3bed, 2 bath. Very Spacious.

Rachel and Bryce are looking for one to two more roommates for a spacious apartment in northern highlands ranch, southern Littleton. Rachel and Bryce are very easy going and relaxed. We like to be friends with the other roommates and are very respectful of others personal space and very good about keeping the common areas clean. We have a very happy 3yo Australian Shepard Mix who loves people and other dogs.

The apartment is on the third floor with no one above, so very quiet. There is a very large and newly renovated kitchen, large common area, good size balcony, washer and dryer in unit. The apartment complex has a large year-round pool and hot tub, large gym and yoga/bike room, dog park and dog wash, ski and bike maintenance station, nice espresso machine, golf simulator, and many other amenities.

The second room is still available measuring at 12’9”x13’2”, at $1050 (including utilities). Both rooms do shear a large bathroom with two sinks.
