Central air conditioning included, dish washer, beautiful kitchen appliances. The building has a doorman, two-story gym, a roof with grills, a private speakeasy, and a golf simulator. Amenities aside from the gym are currently open. Building is in the heart of FiDi near a plethora of bars and restaurants. You can take the room furnished or unfurnished! Rent and subleasing time frame are negotiable based on your needs. Lease transfer is also an option!
