Seeking a roommate for a two bedroom apartment in beautiful Boerum Hill! Perfect location--steps away from the F/G train and nearby to lots of great restaurants, bars, and shops on Smith Street.

The apartment has exposed brick, great light, dishwasher, and a large bathroom. The open bedroom can comfortably fit a full/queen bed, wardrobe and desk. My roommate is moving out to live with her boyfriend and we have shared the space for the past three years.

About me: a teacher in her early thirties. I get up and out early for work but also spend many evenings out and about socially or at rehearsal. Very fond of Brooklyn Bridge Park, supporting local theater/music and looking for the best rose in the neighborhood (might be at June).

I am looking for someone to sign a year lease. I have lived in this apartment for years and have had a wonderful experience with the landlord and neighborhood.

The living space is move-in ready--furnished and with a stocked kitchen/bathroom, as I have been in the same space for many years. This is my ninth year in the same space because it is a great space in an amazing location.

Please have copies of your last two pay stubs (for proof of employment) and be ready to provide a personal reference (for proof of how great you are!).

If you do sign the lease, the realty firm my landlord works with will require a credit/background check which requires a small fee in addition to one month's security deposit and first month’s rent (totaling $2700). Rent includes ALL utilities (internet, gas, water, electric).

Looking for someone to sign the lease ASAP for an September 1st move-in date.
