After a year hiatus, I am returning to NY. I just completed a master's in teaching at the University of Michigan. I am looking to live either in Prospect Park South (preferable) or Williamsburg proper or East Williamsburg. I am limited due to my job’s location.

I am a friendly, clean, and sociable roommate. I am fine with either male or female roommates. Looking for either a 2 or 3 bedroom situation, but in all honestly Prospect Park South has some excellent deal for two bedrooms which would be absolutely ideal. Rent would range from 1000-1200 depending on the room and location. I have some experience with NY housing, so I am perfectly fine with simply finding someone who is interested in a similar location and budget and taking things from there.
