Hi, my names Ed and I'm having abit of a restart in my life of sorts. I'm a 48 yr old professional working through D.E.E.D. with the state. Looking for 1 bed, 1 bath / shared or otherwise for rent. My ideal roommate is as clean as I am, which is an 7-10 for me on a scale of 1-10 depending on the days tasks, cares about the place, loves cats (I'm a huge cat lover) or at least likes cats and is willing to be purred on.
