Room for Rent

I will have a private room available for rent in my 800 square foot condo. The property is furnished, but you need to bring your own furniture for the bedroom. There is an in-unit full-sized washer and dryer, which is a huge bonus. The dryer is brand new, and I also added a new electric stove this year. I will add that there is AC, but it’s not central. However, the condo stays pretty cool because it’s partly underground.

Your rent includes heat and water. There is a free parking lot outside the condo but no garage available. Electric is usually $15-20 per person. Internet is $40 per person. There is also a large outdoor pool, and pool keys are $25. There is a $50 one-time pet fee if you have a pet, but after that, there is no pet rent. I require renter’s insurance, also.

There is also an in-unit storage closet with limited space. Additonally, there are lots of parks nearby within walking distance. It’s a great area! I’ll post pictures of the room soon. A background and credit check will be required.
