Available Room for Rent

Hello, I am looking for another guy to join me and one other guy in a house in St. Louis Park. The house is located in a quite neighborhood, but still very close to 169 and 394 for an easy commute and is buy several shops, cafe, and a gym. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house has furniture set up so no additional furniture is needed. The house has a great back yard, has an in unit washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher and lots of storage space. No smoking or marijuana please. We are both guys in our mid 20s, we enjoy playing board games or occasionally making dinner together as a house but most of the time we tend to do our separate things.
