I'm a preschool teacher, very independent single mom of 2 wonderful children, girl 6 and boy 11! I work a lot, involved in many extracurricular activities including school related events, sports and nature. I have the most loving dog, a lab/golden retriever (Goldador :) that just turned 1.
I am very busy, family oriented and enjoy good company. I am a very hard working but fun person to be around! I do enjoy my own space at times, but I am looking for a roomate that would also be a friend. In part of the rent, I am looking for someone that would like a discount on rent for helping me at times with the children. The rent amount is negotiable.
We have a beautiful home near Lake Minnetonka, Phelp's Bay. Lake view from our front deck and walking distance to a swim beach, boat launch and park. We live at the dead end of a cul-de-sac, it's very peaceful and quiet. Our home has very much a cabin like feeling. An absolute beautiful place to live.
