One room in a 4b/2ba Apartment in Williamsburg
Hi Everyone!
My roommates and I are looking for one person to occupy a room in our Beautiful 4 Bedroom 2 Bathrooms Furnished Apartment in the heart of Williamsburg. The apartment has an extra-large living space, fully equipped, stainless steel kitchen, Washer/Dryer, New Stainless Steel Appliances and each bedroom is equipped with a SALTO lock system. The building features include Butterfly MX Virtual Doorman, Roofdeck - with shower, grills, seating, & lounge area, Laundry Room, Resident Lounge, Media Room and Bike Storage.
The move-in date for the apartment is 09/01/2022 and the rent would be around 2050(inclusive of utilities and security deposit). Furthermore, $1875 would be due at move-in to account for the broker's fees. We still haven't moved in and would be furnishing the common space as well. It would be a one year lease and we'll add you to the lease as well.
A little about the three of us:
1. I am originally from India, would be working for a blockchain startup and graduated from Duke University this year.
2. Ahmad Yousef is from Long Island, is half Egyptian, half Syrian and would be working in Consulting in Manhattan. He also graduated from Duke this year.
3. Albert Lam is half Asian and half White. He would be working for a tech company in Manhattan. He is a graduate of George Mason University.
