Hello!

My name is Oliver! I recently graduated from Rutgers University and I currently work remotely as a software engineer. I grew up around NYC and I'm looking to move in at some point this August or September.

I'm not perfect but I value a clean living space. I'm big on living a healthy lifestyle (apart from the occasional partying) so I cook nearly every day and I like to work out regularly. Definitely not the biggest partier but I do plan on having friends over every now and then, especially during summers when I like to take advantage of the great weather!

I'm not expecting best friendship from a roommate but ideally we could have a friendship and do some activities together like exploring the city, brunches, etc. I am 420 friendly but rarely do it during the week.

Overall I'm looking for good communication, cleanliness, and someone excited to live in the city!
