Available Room for Rent
Looking for two roommates for LES 3BR Apartment
Hi there!
Two rooms in a 3-bedroom apartment will be available for rent in early December! Ideally I am looking for people who want to stay on until the lease renewal date of November (and possibly beyond!) but am open to discussing short-term sublets.
The apartment is in a great location, with plenty of food and drink in the area and a nearby Whole Foods. The Delancy-Essex subway stop is also just a block away.
The unit itself is fantastic: it has a spacious living room, a fully stocked kitchen, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The building the apartment is in is separated from the street by a private courtyard, so the unit is both super secure and insulated from the street noise.
If this interests you please let me know! Rent for the smaller of the two rooms is $1400 and $1600 for the larger, not including utilities. Hope to hear from you!
