My roommate and I have found a really dope place off the Graham L train stop and are looking for a third female roommate to join. The place is only about a 5-6 minute walk from the train and comes with not one, but TWO sick balconies! It's a gut renovated duplex so we would be the first tenants to live there since the remodel. My roommate and I are both hetero females ages 26/27 and work full time in Manhattan, but we love Williamsburg and spend a lot of time exploring the neighborhood.
