Hey! I'm looking to move into either the UES (70s/80s) or Astoria sometime Nov-Jan. I'm flexible on my move, just waiting to find the right fit both apartment and roommate wise!

I work 8:30-5:15 in midtown west and hit the gym after. During the week i'm super low key just because I have my routine..work, gym, shower, cook/eat and sleep but i'm definitely down for a glass of wine and hanging out during the week too. I'm super considerate of shared spaces and love to come home to a clean apartment. I understand a pot or pan in the sink here and there but mostly I clean right up so that it's done and in case you need it too and hope for the same in return. I'm a laid back, go with the flow kinda person and would love a roommate who wants to explore the city on the weekends and make a group of friends and get to know the area together but I totally respect having our own personal lives and needing space- I'm social but I also need my alone time to chill out and recharge.

I don't typically have guests over unless it's a weekend, maybe a visitor during the week here or there. I would always give a heads up if someone was coming or staying over during the week/weekend if you're home- and be sure my guest was respectful of our shared space, and expect the same in a roommate. Always respectful if you're sleeping or trying to relax and would hope the same in return. I value communication so that we can keep a friendly and drama free living environment :)

I have brand new living room furniture and kitchen appliances (except microwave) from my last apartment that are super cute/trendy so furniture isn't really an issue aside from a kitchen table if needed!
