Hi! I’m looking for a place with no preference in lease duration. I’m a 4th year medical student taking a LOA to work full-time in research at Weill Cornell (UES Manhattan). I have a dog, Luke, who’s a gentle giant and the greatest companion. I’m looking to live in a relatively quiet area with roommate(s) who are laidback and love dogs. I generally don’t have guests over, and I’m a big introvert but love meeting new people and socializing. Weekdays I work 9-5, and spend the rest of my time taking Luke on long walks and relaxing. Weekends vary, but usually I go hiking with Luke or visit my mom on Long Island. My party days are over, at least for the time being sadly. I prefer living with someone who isn’t big on partying and is relatively quiet at reasonable hours. But also looking for a roommate who is up for chatting now and then or watching tv together, or going to a local spot for food once in a while. Lastly, I love to clean. And, if you generally keep a clean apartment as well, we wouldn’t need a cleaner because I’ll be doing it lol :).
