Newly renovated second floor apartment with a spacious bedroom and shared flex space (office, guest room). All common spaces are furnished. The roommate is only responsible for furnishing their room and bringing their own kitchenware (cups, flatware, dishes, pots/pans, etc.) The bathroom is only shared when guests are over, other than guests the bathroom is your own! This is a private house with tenants living in the basement apartment and my parents living on the 1st floor. This is my family home so please be mindful and respectful of the space. The neighborhood is mostly quiet. A block away from a commercial street (Church Ave). Approximately 5 blocks to the nearest train station (3).
