Marcos D - $1,200/month

Hi! My name is Marcos. I am 33 years olds, work full time as an IP filing assistant for a law firm near the World Trade Center and also study part time as a computer science student at Borough of Manhattan Community College.

I am pretty relaxed, love to read (I have a lot of books, many of which are for show), stream shows (What We Do In The Shadows and She-Hulk are current favorites), play Nintendo Switch, and try to hit a museum when I can (favorite is the Museum of the City of New York). 

As a roommate:
I make sure to keep common areas clean by wiping down and sweeping the kitchen after use, wiping down the bathroom sink after shaving or brushing my teeth, taking out the garbage when it's full and checking that recycling is all in order. I like a rotating cleaning schedule, but can do whatever works best for the apartment.

On weekdays, I try to get to bed by ‪10pm‬ and wake up ‪at 5am‬. I can work around whatever the morning routine the apartment currently has. On weekends, I try to set aside time to food prep for the week, usually cooking and chopping stuff for a few hours. I'd check with everyone when the best time for me to cook would be.
