I’m a 42 year old non-smoking, gay male seeking a month-to-month roommate starting on October 1st.
I’m friendly, super courteous, and like to keep my home clean.
I’ve had many long term roommates over the years, often more than one at once. Whether roommates did their own thing or became friends, it was always amicable. I generally live best with someone who is uncluttered and super clean in common areas and has their own life and things to do. However, it’s also fun to kick back and watch tv or play a game together if the social mood strikes you.
I work from home 3 days a week. My apartment is spacious and I have an office. I order way more delivery than I should, but I can cook and do when I have the time. I prefer to be out and about more than anything, meeting a friend for a drink or a bite to eat.
I love restaurants, theatre, live music, and of course vegging out at home with TV, PS/Switch, and the occasional gentleman caller. I should really focus on trying to get married and I’ll let you know when that happens, Mom!
