The apartment (which is located in an elevator building w/ laundry in the basement) offers an incredibly-spacious living room (that features a TV w/ a Google Chromecast that lets you watch YouTube TV/Netflix/etc. by using our WiFi) and an equally-large separate kitchen that has a dish-washer and several cabinets.
The room (which has a lot of natural light) is the larger of the two and has windows facing the George Washington Bridge, which is literally steps away from us. We'd share a bathroom that's in between both of our rooms.
The building, itself, is about a 3-5 min walk to the 175 St. A train stop, and a 5-7 minute walk to the G.W.B. Bus Terminal, which now includes a Blink Fitness and a Marshall's store. Also just blocks away is a Planet Fitness and several restaurants/bars. And it's less than 20 minutes to Midtown!
The lease is over at the end of August, but I'll more than likely renew, which could extend the subleasing period.
