The available room is a large private bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom with original blue tiling. The room offers great light, privacy, and space. The apartment itself is something special—thoughtfully styled, calm, and creative, with a big outdoor terrace and access to a pool.

We both keep things generally clean and organized, and both pretty easygoing—social when it feels natural, but I also appreciate downtime and personal space.

Looking for someone who Is respectful, clean, and communicative and has a stable schedule/income, gay-friendly. No pets.
