I am looking for a home to move into by mid - late November/ beginning december. Preferably in areas golden/Morrison/edgewater/applewood/ Arvada/boulder. I currently live alone in edgewater and pay 1300 if I could be involved in living situation that’s cheaper I’d be a happy camper. i am a full time nanny in golden. And I have two cats which can be a deal breaker 😅 Larry (orange) and maple (black/brown). Maple accepts all walks of life, Larry on the other hand doesn’t like dogs and older cats but if we introduce them slowly, he will learn to accept your pets if you have any. Otherwise they are both super cuddly and sweet and chill.
I am 25 years old (she/hers). I am in an herbalist apprenticeship right now so I have a lot of herbs/mason jars/tinctures things like that…And I am into pottery. Fire spinning. Gardening. Skiing. Concerts. Travelinggg. All things outdoorsy. I like to keep a peaceful environment at home but I’d never turn down music or visitors in our space. I’m a clean and tidy person.
