I'm a fairly clean person, I don't like dishes sitting out or trash in general. Daily used items being out won't bother me though, I have a sweet dog but it may take a few minutes for her to warm up to you. I do play games, I dont go out often but I'm not opposed to it. I'm one of the easiest people in the world though, I don't get mad easy, just don't purposefully push my buttons. Born and raised in Alabama, but not a fan of the south

The apartment is quite nice, it has a hot tub, pool, gym, and office room within the complex. The apartment itself is roughly 1000 Sq. Ft. It's 2 bed/2 bath, I have pretty much everything a person needs here already so it is quite furnished. I am willing to work with you on furniture though if you have some as well!
