I will be moving from NYC and just signed my lease with Timberline Farms in Arvada!
I work full time in vet med (ER, 3 days a week). I have guinea pigs and prefer no other pets in the household. (sorry)

About the space:
Its a 2 bed 2 bath apartment located on a 2nd floor walk up in Arvada.
1118 sqft total. Hardwood throughout the shared spaces and carpet in the bedrooms.
Bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the home. The room for rent is 11.6 x 10.6 and has a regular closet. The bedroom is located next to what would be your bathroom 6 x 10 which has a garden tub / shower combo. Full size washer and dryer, stainless appliances, quartz countertops, kitchen island, 10 ft ceilings.
About the community:
Its a smaller smoke free community. Only 3 floors per building. Monthly community events.
24/7 gym, year round heated pool / hot tub, indoor basketball court, conference rooms and work from home areas. ‘The Farmhouse’ is open daily until 5/6 PM and has a pool table, kitchen and just a neat hang out spot with FREE rotating beer on tap (and free coffee). Also a fire-it on site, bike loaners and a community garden (also all free).
Cost:
Your rent would be $1230 which includes internet, trash and pest control. Parking is FREE on site!! If you’d like a detached garage its 125$ monthly. Other utilities (split) would be electric and water but that is all. We have no weird community fees.
Additional Info:
I have guinea pigs so no other pets unfortunately. Rental application is $20 with a credit pull. Apartment deposit I have already paid but your part will be $1000. I also paid the non refundable admin fee of $350 - no worries on this.

LEASE INFO:
The lease ends Jan 1 2025. It is a long lease. If for any reason things do not work out I am happy to work with you on finding a replacement. Life happens. I hope we are a great fit and live happy until the lease end! At lease end of course this comes with the option to renew. :)
About me:
Im 29 and work full time in the veterinary field. I will have just moved into the apartment in Oct from NYC! I have a few small caged animals who do roam the house from time to time. I like to go hiking, love live music, and trying new breweries/ coffee shops! I like to keep the house very clean. In my spare time I do like to bake as a stress relief.
I'm hoping to find a roommate who could also become friends, as I'll be new to the city, but I'm also open to more independent living arrangements.
