Hello! This is a beautiful true 2 bedroom apartment (not flex) in the heart of Lower East Side with ALL utilities included. It has nice windows facing the street as well as a renovated kitchen and renovated bathroom and roof access! The location of the apartment is amazing, right at the center of everything (bars, restaurants, galleries, etc!). Only catch is the room doesn’t have a closet but it is fairly big (6.5 x 10 ft).
You would be rooming with me! I’m a 23 year old that moved to New York in July, and I work in technology. Earlier in the week I like to do some yoga, read, and watch Netflix but during the weekend I love to go out, explore the city and throw dinner parties. I would like to be friendly with my roommates but love my own space as well. Please hit me up if you think we would be a good match!
