Hello! My name is Dan and I am looking to relocate back to New York City after spending the last year out in Seattle and the Pacific Northwest. I originally lived in Brooklyn in 2020 and moved out west after Covid ruined things, but didn't realize just how much I missed all the things that make NYC truly unique.

Currently, I work remotely as an account manager in tech/retail, but I don't let my job define me or my life -- in my free time, I love writing, street/documentary photography, spending time outdoors, and drinking copious amounts of coffee. I'm a very social person, too, who loves learning & trying new things. I'm an avid cook & love to bake my own bread, and I'm always happy to share whatever meal I create.

I'm a very chill, down-to-earth person who really doesn't get bothered by much and I like to think I mesh with people from all walks of life. I'm really just looking for someone who will be respectful of each other's space & energy, someone who is mindful & mature of what it means to live with another person, someone who is going to pay their cut of the wifi on time, and someone who doesn't mind saying "good morning" when you pass each other in the kitchen at 7 am.

I'm looking primarily for 1 to 2 roommates maximum.
