I am looking for a co-tenant for the 2nd bedroom in my upper floor apartment at Kips Bay Court in Kips Bay! I am flexible with the move-in date, but it can start as early as August 1st and ends June 31, 2023. The rent for the second bedroom is $2,928. The apartment is fully decorated with all new furnishings including kitchen & bathroom items, outdoor balcony as well as living room furnishings.
Kips Bay Court is a 24/7 concierge-attended community with key-fob entry. Free wifi for 1 year is offered. The apartment offers in-building laundry, a gym, package center, and outdoor areas. There is a Target within the building, and it's just a short walk to Trader Joes and Fairway!
A little about me:
I am a recent college graduate moving to the city for work in Finance. I'll be new, so I can’t wait to explore new restaurants, bars & clubs in NYC and would love to do it with my roommate! I'm a lover of boba, brunch, cats, festivals, sunsets, and kpop!
I’m very clean. I don’t mind guests as long as they’re respectful!! I also have a sweet cat, Maple, who will be living with us in the apartment! Female roommates only please🙇‍♀️
