Hey, I’m a 21 year old junior at Fordham University majoring in psychology and economics. I'm clean, neat and organized and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I work out daily and enjoy playing video games in my free time. I'm very outgoing on the weekends but also strive to have a nice living space to come back to after a long day or night out.

I'm looking for a roommate to move into my apartment starting September 2023 (but need to know by end of June 2023 to keep my same rent prices). The apartment comes with a private roof deck and 2 bathrooms. I have my own bathroom so the second one would be yours. It’s located on 13th St between 2nd and 3rd Avenue right by Union Square. It’s overall a pretty great location and I love living here. Your rent (utilities included) would come out to $3250 a month. You’re paying for a prime location with an expansive roof with a view of the Empire State Building which is a pretty phenomenal deal given the current market.
