Hey, I'm Ben. Spent the last 7 years in Denver, Co and loved it but recently moved back to the area to be around my family again. Looking for an amicable living situation, respectful, kind and tidy adults to live and coexist with at the minimum, and potentially even new friends if interests/chemistry aligns. I work as a bartender in Clifton, VA and work day/night shifts usually from Tuesday through Saturday. I absolutely intend on being respectful and clean around common areas and the kitchen, and abiding by mutually agreed upon quiet hours and other house rules and would wish for the same in return. I place serious value in empathy, compassion and healthy lifestyles. I myself am into exercise, getting outside and getting into any activity under the sun, reading, watching youtube/movies, cooking, painting, board games, and getting together with friends on occasion.
