Hey there! I'm looking for a roommate to share my 2-bedroom apartment in Ellicott City, convenient to Baltimore National Pike, and just off North Ridge Rd. I live in one of the rooms.
The bedroom that’s available is 10 ft x12 ft.

This apartment offers your own private room (unfurnished), plus shared: bathroom, spacious living room with outdoor balcony overlooking a grassy area. The kitchen is fairly equipped for cooking with a dining room. Central air conditioner. Includes Wi-Fi service. Bonus washer and dryer in apartment.

The apartment complex is loaded with amenities! There’s a pool for hot days, a fitness center so you don’t have to pay for a gym, and even tennis courts if you’re into that. It’s a quiet place with a great vibe and a super convenient location near everything that Ellicott City has to offer (great restaurants and bars, shopping, groceries).

ME: Mid-20’s, have worked for the government for a few years, and I like to cook, workout, as well as spend time with friends.
YOU: Someone who is on the cleaner/neater side of living, respectful, and easygoing. You are quiet, gainfully employed, and looking for a great place to live. Looking for a male roomate somewhat around my age, no COUPLES and no KIDS visiting please. Dogs or cats friendly on a case by case basic.

Shared utilities not included in fee. $950, plus shared utilities.
