Hey guys! I’m looking for a roommate in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in the West Village. Apartment includes in-unit washer + dryer, dishwasher, and a backyard. My prior roommates are moving in with their girlfriends. My plan is to turn the bedroom that leads to the backyard into an office/den.
I work in Venture Capital and love health, fitness, and learning (big reader, podcast listener, etc.). I work a lot, mostly in the apartment. I still have time to hang out and go out, and frequently organize dinners with friends, founders, and other awesome people I meet in the city.

Looking for 1 roommate, and will turn the bedroom that goes to the backyard into an office / den. Location is West 14th street between 7th and 8th ave. Right at northern-most point of West Village, and right near Meatpacking, Chelsea, and major subway stops.

Also ~15 mins or less to gyms (Equinox is 5 mins, Crunch is 13), grocery stores, and west side highway.
