Hey everyone! I'm looking to sublet my room in Chelsea [MALE ROOMMATES ONLY]

~6 month sublet available as early as December 1 through May 31 (some flexibility on start date)

- Rent: $2300/month + WiFi/utilities (~$60-75 month) but varies on electric usage

- Flex bedroom (12 x 10) is large, fits a queen bed, end table, dresser, desk and hanging closet. Willing to sublet bedroom furnished or unfurnished.

- Living room comes furnished with couch, coffee table, barstools, etc & has a closet which is in the hallway

- Full amenity building includes doorman, concierge, gym, laundry on same floor as the unit, and rooftop

- Apartment is a 2 minute walk to multiple 1 train stops + the M20/M7 bus and a 5 minute walk to the C/E trains

You’ll be sharing the apartment with one roommate (26M). We’ve roomed together for a year and a half, he works in tech and is very easy to live with.
