Available Room for Rent

looking for a roommate to fill bedroom in 2bed/1bath

i’m searching for a roommate to take on the other room in my current 2 bed/1 bath apt as my current roomie is moving away. 1yr lease & starting 11/30. the full apartment is ready for viewing right now.

i absolutely LOVE this neighborhood and the apartment is near pretty much everything you need (laundry next door on the corner, L train around the corner/can get to manhattan in 15 mins, 2 grocery stores [435ft & 0.2 miles away], plenty of nyc staples including win son, dunwell donuts, &many more)

the building & neighborhood are safe and great. the apartment gets great natural lighting all over; with big windows and high ceilings. everything is fully furnished (except for your bedroom; current roomie said she can leave her bed if needed)

i’m pretty quiet and career focused so i stay single and don’t have ppl coming over usually. i love cooking and baking so there’s usually treats and food for you to enjoy.
i have a very sweet cat here so being pet friendly is a must; he’s super affectionate and has lived with many animals before so i’m open to accepting pets if they get along with him!
i do not have a preference on gender for a roommate but would prefer if you were LGBTQIA+ friendly.
