Hey everyone! My name’s Christy, my roommate and I are seeking a third person to move into a Stuytown three bedroom (your portion would be ~2k). We’re targeting a mid-late feb move in but would like to sign the lease and move forward with the paperwork asap. Stuytown is in the east village and has a variety of amenities 🙂

~budget of at least 2k a month for your room
~no pets
