I am starting a new job in Manhattan and would love to live close to work - figures the best way of doing this without breaking the bank is splitting costs. I like being very neat and clean, and also appreciate a relatively quiet environment post-midnight. I will work very long hrs so will not be home most of the time anyway. Ideally, I would also like to be somewhat compatible with my roommate, so if you´re into concerts or running in the mornings, we would likely get along just fine. Maybe we can also give each other books recos?
I will likely move in with few things, as I will be selling most of my stuff I have in Canada right now. Happy to chat further over the phone if this sounds like a good fit!
