Have lived in the Albany, NY area for quite some time. Recently started a new job in NYC and moving down in June or July.

Working from home and will always have a remote aspect, but looking forward to getting into the office at least a few days a week once things open back up.

I have an 8 year old border collie/retriever mix who will be with me - he loves people and is great company.

Pretty go with the flow at home - can easily get sucked into a good tv show/movie, book, game or good conversation. Cook a fair amount, and keep things clean.

Looking for a roommate that is dog friendly, gay friendly, respectful and willing to communicate. Not looking for a BFF, but I think of a roommate as more on the friend spectrum than someone just sharing a space. It’s an adventure - so don’t be a dick :-)
