Nasha H - $1,500/month

Hi, I'm Nasha Hashemi. I'm moving from Miami because I recently got a job working in the video games department at United Talent Agency.

I'm looking for an apartment near work in Beverly Hills, Beverly Grove, and Lower West Hollywood. My budget is 1500-1600 a month, I don't have a car, and my only hard requirements are that it's within walking distance from my job and that there's laundry on-site/in-unit. I'm available to move as early as May 7th.

I'm a huge Survivor fan, and I like to watch it live every Wednesday! I love animated shows like those on Cartoon Network and others like Abbot Elementary, Ted Lasso, Sex Lives of College Girls, and my favorite anime is Ace of Diamond. I play Fortnite and Overwatch; I love multiplayer games because it allows me to connect with others, especially my brother, who lives in another state.

I am an extrovert who would prefer to be friends with my roommate. I'm relatively clean and responsive to house rules.
