Renovation will be complete / ready to move-in starting around June 11th. A private bedroom with a private bathroom in a quiet townhouse in a beautiful Calabasas neighborhood. Pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court, beautiful hills, fresh air. Extra privacy elements include: UV-blocking double pane glass windows, solid-core interior 5-panel doors.

Your own private bedroom with dimmable recessed LED lights. Your own, separate, beautifully-remodeled bathroom with: brand new under-glow vanity, hotel-style backlit mirror, your own closet, + use of common areas including: living room, dining room, Guest's half-bathroom, fireplace, kitchen with stainless steel appliances. I have an extra French door bottom freezer fridge in the garage. If you want, you will be able to rent exclusive access to it for $Fifty / month (optional).

Unit has No Carpet - all hardwood and porcelain tile.

You get 1 space in the two-car side-by-side garage & some storage space in the garage.

Some details:

Security Deposit(SD) is One Thousand dollars. SD is not rent. 1st month + SD to move in. I will run your credit report. FICO needs to be sev-en hundred or higher. We will split utilities 50/50 unless you have an electric vehicle- in which case electricity will be based on usage.
Minimum stay 2 months. 30-day notice required. I will pro-rate mid-month move-ins and move-outs.

I like to swim, hike, camp, play tennis, surf, ride kayaks, play educational or strategy board games, solve logic puzzles, wake-board, SUP, create visions of business structures, add value to real estate, code bots for algorithmic trading, do occasional light wood work, axe throwing, archery, rollerblades. I am healthy, and stay active in sports. Love fresh air adventures.
