I just relocated from Silicon Valley to take a position with my Company (Engie). I’m a Solar Electrician, and I’ll be handling the Solar systems for Most school Districts in Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, and San Diego. I’m a very clean person, especially when it comes to common areas. I’m a vegetarian, and try to be somewhat health conscious, but some of these yummy foods are just so bad for us, lol. I don’t mind your dietary preferences. With me, it’s to each her/his own. I’m very understanding, and love to communicate; I’m also very benevolent, so I truly enjoy helping others if I’m able. I have a daughter that will come from time to time, she lives with her mother in Temecula. I also have a 1 year old Morkie Poo. His name is Nico, and he’s around 7 Lbs.
I prefer women roommates, because I just get a long with them a lot better, and also I feel more comfortable when my daughter is there. I’m open to couples, but the rent per room would be a little more.

The Property is Avalon Glendale. It’s an Apartment/Townhouse. It’s in a very nice area, and the apartment itself is really nice. Avalon is like a little community, and the residents I met so far are all really nice people. It has a pool, and 24 hour fitness center. The complex is very pet friendly
This unit comes with 3 bedrooms, and 3 full baths, so you’ll have your own Bathroom. One Bed/Bath is Downstairs, one is upstairs, where my room is at. The rooms range in price from $1400-$1500, but I can take off $100/month if lease is signed between April 20th and May 10th, even if you’re planning to move a little later. I would cover your portion until you were ready. If you’re really interested, I’ll definitely work with you, and compromise some, if needed.
In-Unit Washer/Dryer. All utilities are covered, and it comes with AT&T 1GB Internet speed, and underground parking for $55/month, but it would be split so the max for parking would be around $34/month, unless you have multiple vehicles. This complex has abundant garage parking, which is very rare, usually there is a waiting list that never gets to your name.
I don’t have any furniture yet, so, if you have a nice living room/dining room set, you’re welcome to bring yours, if you don’t want to put it in storage.
