Looking for a female to take over the second room in our 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment.

Move-in date: First of November or end of October.

The lease finishes by May so there is opportunity to renew the lease the months you would like, our landlord doesn't need a 1 year lease.

Beautiful and sunny room with a big window and a fire escape. Lots of closets within the apartment (which is rare in Manhattan!) & you would have 2 big ones for yourself!

Very big and spacious apartment.

All bedroom furniture is optional. Willing to sell for a very reasonable price

Water and heat are included.

Electricity and gas are not included but normally is pretty low every month (55$)

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking. Dishwasher included.

The apartment has all grocery stores (including Trader Joe's)/take out/restaurants within 5-10min walk radius. The location is the best!
No laundry is in the building but a lot of laundromats in the neighborhood with good pricing.
Line trains: C & E within 1 min, 1 & 2 within 5 min, and L train within 7 min!

Your roommate will be a professional female in her 30's. She works for a Non- profit in Manhattan. She is very active and loves to play tennis.
