I am currently living in my own true 1BR apartment with stainless steel appliances on the UES, but the rent has become a little much.

Looking to slim it down, as I'm a consultant that travels a lot. Generally I'll be gone from Sunday-Thursday. I also do a lot of snowboarding, wakeboarding, and those trips are usually in the weekends as well. So no need for me to have my own 1 BR if I'm never there.

No preferences for my roommate, as long as they are laid back, because I am. Sometimes have weekends to myself binging series, books, playing video games, or sometimes weekends where I'm out partying all the time.

I'm looking for a room with plenty of space for a bed/small desk with my own bathroom. Preferable with stainless steel appliances as I do tend to cook some times.

Since the coronavirus situation I am currently waiting to look for another place until it dies down (set the date to August, but will update accordingly).
