Stuytown apartment for $1,650/Month and is furnished. I am looking for someone (or two people) to stay until at least 9/30/20 when my lease ends. I may extend it as I have already lived here for 11 years. The room is fully furnished.

We have two bedrooms available in a three-bedroom apartment for $1,650 per month! This apartment has NO security deposit, NO fee, and NO utilities! It will also come with an air conditioner!

WHERE:
Our building is located at 20 Stuyvesant Oval just off of East 20th Street between 1st Ave and FDR near the East Village / Gramercy neighborhoods. It's a very safe neighborhood / community with very friendly tenants. Close to tons of bars, restaurants and shopping. Stuyvesant Oval has its own fountain and recreational areas that includes a farmer's market on summer Sundays, movies and concerts in the center, etc.

THE APARTMENT:
- Located on the "3rd Floor" (even though it's called floor 1) of and 11-story building
- Three bedrooms
- One bathroom (nice size)
- Hardwood floors
- Large living room
- Great kitchen area with marble counter tops and nice appliances (including microwave)

THE BEDROOM:
It's a 14.5 X 9.2 ft. bedroom with a large window facing, green trees, and courtyard. It comes with a well functioning AC (remote included), and a clothes closet right in the hall. It also includes, a bed, mattress, dresser, and nightstand.

THE BUILDING:
- WASHERS AND DRYERS in basement!
- Elevators
- Trash chute on floor and recycling in basement
- The walk to subway is roughly 5 min to L train or cross-town bus, downtown bus is 1 block away.
- Gym is 1 block away -- if you want to join Oval Fitness, the Y is about a 10 minute walk away

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Financially Able -- We'll need proof you're financially able to pay your portion of the rent.
- Financially Responsible - Rent checks and other bills must be ready for drop off a few days before the due date.
- Clean -- Common areas are kept clean (dishes and pans are put away, counters are wiped, personal items are kept in bedroom). We're looking for non-smokers and non-drug users.
- No pets (I am highly allergic to cats and dogs).
- Quiet -- On weeknights, we try to stay quiet after 11:00 pm (i.e. music off/low). We don't mind if a friend comes over occasionally, but on the whole we'd like the apartment to be shared among only the roommates. This is not a place to bring the party home, and serious girlfriends/boyfriends should not be staying over on a consistent or regular basis.
- Respectful -- respectful of each other's space and things (e.g. we use our own groceries, toiletries, etc).
- Male or Female -- similar age group preferred

ROOMMATES:
I am a 36 year old gay male. I work at IBM and have an MBA from Columbia. I am comfortable living with gay/straight/men/women. I am pretty easy going, love to laugh, workout, play tennis, go out to eat, and try new things (like gymnastics)!

Stuyvesant Town
Residents of Stuytown have access to concierge services, fitness center, film series, lounge and wine tastings, a study, and parking garages. Self-storage units are available, as well as a shuttle service to Midtown, Wall Street, and the World Financial Center.
