Spencer B - $1,600/month

I am a recent Business Graduate out of Western University in Ontario. I am from Toronto, but hold American citizenship as I was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

I am making the move to NYC for a job opportunity as well as to pursue other business ventures. I like to wake up early and goto bed relatively early (I've had enough fun in university and now its time to work). I will be out of the apartment for most of the days but sometimes will work from home. In my free time I will most likely be at the gym, on a run or playing a sport.

I would preferably like to live around the upper east side or midtown east but am open to other options, and my budget is flexible. I would prefer to just have one room mate but am open to having two. Age does not matter to me nor does gender, it would just be great if the person shared the same interests and was content at pushing for greatness in life and possessed a solid personality.
