Hello!

I am a teacher/grad student seeking a female roommate or two to find an apartment together. I would love to live anywhere on the west side of Manhattan, especially UWS/South Harlem, but am open to other areas of the city and certain areas of Brooklyn. My ideal living space has lots of light, is spacious, has a decent kitchen (I love to cook!) , and laundry (in unit would be a dream, but ok with in-building).

I am extremely clean and tidy and am looking for roommates of a similar mind. I had an amazing (and very affordable & trustworthy) cleaning lady in my old apartment and would love to keep her on wherever I end up. I am a social person and I love to meet new people and expand my network...let's be friends! That being said, I also value/respect alone time and some peace and quiet to recharge. Not super into bringing the party home but would love to host the occasional dinner party, and am always up for a wine/netflix night at home. 4/20 friendly (to a reasonable extent, not looking for an all day every day hot boxed situation, haha) and LGBTQIA+ friendly, of course!

I love to go out on the weekends and explore new restaurants and other things the city has to offer (in a covid-friendly way). I love yoga, traveling, the outdoors, park picnics, photography and am an avid reader. I am a non-native Spanish speaker and am always looking for opportunities to practice and keep my skills on par. I am looking forward to connecting!
