Seeking someone to fill a room in a three-bedroom apartment on the Upper West Side. This apartment is a 3 BR, 2 bath multi-level with storage space on the lower level, in-building community laundry, and a huge kitchen. The room that is available is on the lower level and will be primarily sharing the downstairs bathroom with one other person.

The current roommates are both professionals who work full time in the fields of accounting/finance. During quarantine, the lower level has been utilized as a work space and we've been comfortably working from home with no issue. As long as this remains necessary, we'd like someone who would be courteous to a 9-5 work environment (e.g. maintaining a quiet space to focus on work/occasionally take calls).

With regard to having guests during quarantine, we would expect common sense judgement so as to not expose the household to potential health issues.
