Private garage spot is included in rent. The room is specious and brand new renovated . The kitchen is little bit older and available for light cooking. We are close from Tamarack beach and Carlsbad downtown (15 min walk ) . Starbucks, Vons and other restaurants in walking distance. Swimming pool , jacuzzi is on the property. Gated community, safe and quiet. Lease is flexible 3-6 months , 1900$ a month plus 40$ internet and 1/3 of the monthly electrical bill.
