Can use laundry room, kitchen (very big and nice), dining area, and living room with a new OLED big screen TV. Also will provide toilet paper and bathroom tissue. Your room is the only bedroom downstairs. The yard has a beautiful rock waterfall, fire pit, seating, and a brand new state of the art jacuzzi (just waiting for the electrical to be done). Parking right in front of the room on the street. Must be a non smoker, someone who doesn’t party (we don’t drink at home), no couples or males. Looking for a female who doesn’t work from home. We are not home much as I have a year old whose very active after school and on weekends, I work some from and away from home, my daughter is in her ’s and works plus she has a 6 year old whose very active, he is here % of the month (they are both gone a lot with his activities as well).
