Hello, I am an eclectic, engaging healing professional. I am easy around people and conversation, though I generally prefer a quiet and peaceful home environment for sleep, meditation, cooking, reading, etc. I grew up on the East Coast. I lived in San Diego from 2016 to 2020 while getting my Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. During that time, I met someone special, but when the pandemic hit, I chose to return home to be close to family. I built a successful practice and saw my son off to grad school. Now, he and I would like to make a go of it. We would move in together, but he is a live-in caregiver for his mother, who is in hospice.

I am looking for a simple situation with like-minded people where I can come and go and feel at ease when home. I won't be arriving with much. If there is already some furniture, I can make do with that as long as the mattress is clean and comfortable. Minimal street and TV noise is important to me. A little, shared, easy-access outdoor space would be ideal. I have an all-electric vehicle. It is a lease, so I have options. Arrangements for charging (that I would pay for, of course) would also be preferred. It can plug into a regular socket.
