Roommate Wanted for 3BR/3.5BA NWDC Home

We have a room opening up in our 3 bedroom home in the Bloomingdale neighborhood of NWDC.

About the Space:
We have a good amount of living space, an attached garage, and a fenced in backyard (+garden). There is also a finished basement that is operating as an office/game area. If you work from home there are plenty of options on where to set up. We are very open to logistical changes in the space based on input/resources coming from a new roommate.

Utilities are not included but these usually equate to about $100/month and we use Verizon Fios.
The home itself is owned by someone who does not live in DC and uses a property manager. We have a good/open/flexible relationship with said property manager. They will want a 12 month lease to start on June 1.

We are looking for someone who is ready to move in at the beginning of June as our current third roommate is moving out of the area.

We hope to find someone who:
-is gainfully employed

-Non-violently communicates
-cleans up after themselves / and shares responsibility of home upkeep
-can openly and calmly communicate in situations requiring problem resolution
-wants to find a place to make it their home and wants more than just a room
-likes to have fun while also being respectful
- Likes to be around / spend time with a dog (Copper is a great roommate).
